                        Gize, Kahire yakınlarında bir Mısır kenti. Kahire diyalektinde, yani ‘Mısır Arapçası’nda eg-Gīze olarak okunur. Nil Nehri’nin batı
                        yakasında ve Kahire’nin yaklaşık 20 km güneybatısındadır. Şu anda Kahire metropolüne dahildir.

                        Burada asıl ilgi çekici olan yeri, Central Cairo’dan geçip giden Piramit Yolu’nun sonundaki Gize Platosu’nda bulacaksınız. Bu
                        blok üç piramitten meydana gelir: Khufu’nun Muhteşem Piramiti, Kafhre Piramiti ve en küçükleri Menkaura Piramiti.
