Kapadokya

Kapadokya, (Kappadokia) 60 milyon yıl önce Erciyes, Hasandağı ve Güllüdağ’ın püskürttüğü lav ve küllerin oluşturduğu
yumuşak tabakaların milyonlarca yıl boyunca yağmur ve rüzgar tarafından aşındırılmasıyla ortaya çıkan bölge. Kapadokya
bölgesi, doğa ve tarihin dünyada en güzel bütünleştiği yerdir.

Coğrafik olaylar Peribacaları’nı oluştururken, tarihi süreçte, insanlar da, bu peribacalarının içlerine ev, kilise oymuş, bunları
fresklerle süsleyerek, binlerce yıllık yaşlı medeniyetlerin izlerini günümüze taşımıştır.

Cappadocia

Cappadocia, (Kappadokia)is a region which appeared 60 million years ago as a result of wind’s and rain’s eroding the soft layers for mil-
lions, which were formed bu Erciyes, Hasandağı and Güllüdağ’s lava and ashes. The region of Cappadocia is the place where nature and
history integrated in the most beautiful way in the world.

While the geographical events were creating the fairy chimneys, in the historical process, people also carved houses, churches into these
fairy chimneys and carried these traces of thousands of year-old-civilizations by decorating them with frescoes.
